Order Fulfilment Specialist
The Role: Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders, from receipt todelivery, while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Management and Tracking
- Record,monitor, and update business orders using tools like Tally, G Suite, and MS Office.
- Track the order lifecycle from Sales order to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines.
- Generate and maintain detailed order reports for internal and client review.
- Delivery Management
- Coordinate with logistics partners and delivery teams to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
- Update customers on delivery status using G Suite tools (e.g., Gmail, Sheets).
- Address and resolve delivery delays or issues promptly.
- Reverse Logistics
- Manage product returns, replacements, and repairs, ensuring seamless reverse logistics flow.
- Coordinate with warehouses and delivery teams to retrieve returned products.
- Analyze reasons for returns and provide insights to minimize future occurrences.
- Inventory Management
- Fulfill material requirements for all the departments.
- Track Stockout’s dead inventory, MSL
- Track thematerial movement from Inbound, QC to Store.
Key Skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with ERP, Tally order management software.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems - Tally.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety standards.
- Knowledge on finance and accounting.
Qualifications
Experience in supply chain or order management preferred.
