About the Role

We're looking for someone enthusiastic and relatable to join the HR team of Intellicar (80-100people). As a Human Resources Manager, you will manage employee relationships,oversee employee performance evaluations, administer company policies, maintain employment records, lead recruitment efforts, and ensure compliance with legalrequirements. The ideal candidate is someone who has seen scale and can relateto and communicate with a large range of people of different backgrounds andl anguages.

Responsibilities
  • Rapid Scaling: Quickly scale HR operations to support rapid business growth.
  • Organizational Design: Create and implement new organizational structures, including restructuring and re-org initiatives.
  • HR Function Establishment: Build and lead the HR function from the ground up.
  • Process Improvement: Transition from ad-hoc HR practices to structured processes through documentation and standardization.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, and talent development.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
  • Succession Planning: Identify and develop high-potential talent to ensure businesscontinuity.
Talent Acquisition andManagement
  • High-Quality Hiring: Implement efficient and effective recruitment strategies to attract andhire top talent.
  • Employee Experience: Foster a positive and engaging work environment through employee programs and initiatives.
  • Employee Engagement: Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee satisfaction and morale.
  • Blue-Collar Workforce Management: Demonstrate experience in managing and supporting blue-collar employees.
Operational HR
  • Payroll Processing: Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payments.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Data Analytics: Utilize data analytics to identify trends, make data-drivendecisions, and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration,or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Experience: 5-10 yrs exp– Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management roles,preferably in the technology or automotive industry.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and align HR initiatives with broaderbusiness objectives.
  • CommunicationSkills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability tointeract effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex employeerelations issues with sensitivity and professionalism.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams toachieve their full potential.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and navigate in a fast-paced,dynamic environment.
  • HR Expertise: Deep understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, andregulations.
